At the conclusion of each semester, all faculty are required to submit a selection of completed student assignments and/or project documentation for each of their classes to their Department Chair.
Blackboard Teacher Tips (BB9)
1-To create a test in your blackboard, you should find the "Course Tools" panel and build a test in your "Test, Survey, Pools" section.
1- To deploy a test, you should find the area that you want to put your test in. For example, you can put the test in the "Assignment" section "Week1 folder". Find "Evaluate - Create a test".
1. To download a copy of your Grade Center, enter your course. In the control panel, click Evaluation, then chooseGrade Center:
1: Find your Course Archive
To import your course into Blackboard 9, make sure that you already have an exported (or archived) course package saved in your computer -- something like: Archivefile_VC-4205-10-f10_20101130.zip.
A PDF is an open standard for document exchange. This means the standard is publicly available and has various rights to use associated with it. Making your document a PDF ensures that the person receiving the document will be able to open the file and the formatting will not be altered.
The "Archive Course" tool creates a downloadable "permanent record" of a course including all the content and user interactions. When an Archive package is restored, the content of the course AND user data & interactions are restored as well.
Once you are in the class in which you want to enter grades, click on the Evaluation button in your course management menu.
Text that is copied/cut and pasted directly from Microsoft Word into Blackboard can create some unexpected results: formatting can go awry, images can disappear, and so on.
