How do I put final grades in Blackboard?

This article covers entering grades in Blackboard. Remember, as the final step at Midterm Grades time and Final Grades time, you must also enter your grades in myMCAD. To know how to enter final grades in myMCAD, click here.

To know how to create Grade Column (for normal assignments) in blackboard, click Here.

To put final grade in grade center:

1-Go to "Evaluation", and find "Grade Center".

2- Click "Create Column" in Grade Center, make sure it is not "Create Calculated Column".

3- Within Column Information, make "Primary Display" to "Text", so that you can enter any forms like: types, number, percentage, etc.

Enter "0" into "Points Possible", so that Blackboard won't put any default points into system automatically.

4- DO NOT include this final grade column in Grade Center Calculations, so hit "NO".

5- By selecting "text" in "primary display", you can enter anything in your grade center.
