The short answer
All of the color printing services offered at MCAD are digitally-based, whether they use ink or toner. For most purposes, and most users, working in RGB should produce the best results.

Fonts at MCAD

Your computer’s OS has a built-in application called FontBook.app that manages all of the installed fonts on your system. This article describes how to work with fonts in FontBook.

Key Access

Students participating in the MCAD Laptop Initiative know that their access to many applications is "keyed." This means without the ability to talk to our key server, MCAD's group-licensed applications will not open.

Printing at MCAD

Printing at MCAD is handled through a small program called Papercut. In order for you to send a print job to a printer, the Papercut system needs to know who you are and deduct the appropriate amount of money from your account.
