How to get a Windows computer on MCAD's network
Windows-based PCs can access the MCAD wired network by plugging into any active ethernet port on campus using a standard ethernet cable. There are no special configuration requirements.
To join your Windows-based PC to the MCAD secure network, it may be necessary to install additional "supplicant" software on your PC, which is available from the Computer Support Help Desk. The software, SecureW2, can be installed on your Windows PC by members of MCAD's help desk team. Please stop by the help desk with your Windows laptop to have the software installed and configured.
