MCAD provides several resources for you to receive supplemental instructional help.

The Learning Center (LC110) can help students evaluate the content, style, grammar, and organization of their writing. In addition, tutors are available for brainstorming, time management, test preparation and thesis development. The Computer Support Help Desk (321) provides troubleshooting and technical assistance with MCAD software and hardware, MCAD Login, email, and other operational computer practices for the college community. For more information, visit the Computer Support Help Desk Intranet page.

The Media Center (325C) services include the provision of film, photography, sound, video, and multimedia equipment and facilities; technical assistance with equipment operation; maintenance of equipment and facilities; and management of reservation and circulation systems in support of the curriculum. The Classroom and Event Technology department (310) provides support with classroom AV, presentations, and exhibition technologies. Their services include assistance with exhibition AV equipment reservation and assistance with its set-up and operation, tech support and documentation of classroom AV; lecture and event presentation technologies within the college, and workshops on classroom and exhibition equipment usage.
