It has come to the attention of Help Desk that there is an ongoing activation issue with FormZ. This has generally appeared in the newest version of our laptop build that we've distributed. However if you haven't updated there is a chance it will happen eventually because of a similarly timed hard wired expiration date coded into FormZ. If you have gotten any error "issue with installation" or "activation required" messages: please follow the instructions in this Knowledge Base article or stop into Help Desk for further assistance.
