Dear MCAD Faculty, Staff, and Students:
In light of the updates shared last night (referenced below), and in order to accommodate students and faculty in their preparation for online learning, the Art Cellar will be halting all sales to the public starting Monday, March 23rd.
The Art Cellar will be open from 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday, March 23rd - Tuesday, March 31st, for students and faculty only to purchase materials and supplies. The Art Cellar will be closed Saturday, March 28th and Sunday, March 29th.
Starting April 1st, the Art Cellar will be closed until the College resumes normal operations. During this time, essential staff will be working on finalizing inventory counts, closing out the fiscal year, and preparing for summer and fall orders. If you need any assistance during that time, please email Lindsay Smith, Art Cellar Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Art Cellar Accounts
Students can continue to use their Art Cellar Accounts until March 31st. After March 31st, any credit balances remaining with the Art Cellar will be transferred to the student's tuition account. Any remaining credit balances on the student's tuition account, after netting the Art Cellar credit balance against outstanding tuition and fees, will be refunded to the student by direct deposit. Students must enroll in Direct Deposit via MAXPay (see below).
To Enroll in Direct Deposit:
- Login to your myMCAD Student Dashboard and click, 'Launch MAXPay'.
