Here are some housekeeping updates and reminders from AV Support:
All virtual events requiring AV support must have proposals submitted at least 3 business days in advance.
All in-person (on-campus) event proposals requiring AV support must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance to give us time to schedule staff and prepare the space.
You should contact AV support or come to the Media Center for classroom needs, such as projector aid, classroom assistance, and virtual, hybrid, or in-person meetings requesting technical assistance.
