This is a reminder that the deadline to withdraw from a Spring Semester 2021 course and receive a notation of W is Friday, April 23 at 5:00 p.m.
If you are planning to withdraw from a course, please submit a Course Withdrawal form immediately on my.mcad.edu. Students can locate these forms on the Records Office tab, under the Online Forms heading. The form will route to your department chair or program director for approval, before moving to Records for processing.
Withdrawing from individual courses will not impact your scholarships or financial aid. A W on your transcript does not impact your GPA. Withdrawing does not impact your student status (i.e. if you are a full-time student, you will still be considered a full-time student after submitting a course withdrawal).
Be sure to follow up with your advisor to establish a plan to make up any withdrawn credits.
If you are considering withdrawing but do not do so by the April 23 deadline, you will receive a regular letter grade (A+through F) for the course.
Please contact Records at email@example.com if you have any questions about withdrawing from a course.
