As a leading provider of medical visualizations and educational tools, we are dedicated to helping healthcare professionals and patients stay informed and up-to-date on the latest medical developments. Our products are used for surgical training, medical marketing, devices sales, and patient education by a variety of customers including medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and medical schools.
Required:
- Content Creation Skills
- Ability to expand knowledge in various digital content creation tools: such as Adobe suites, Maya, Webflow Website builder.
- Working towards a BFA, BS or similar degree (recent graduates welcome to apply as well!)
- Interest in creating educational content and medical marketing materials.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create content with the marketing team to utilize for training, education, entertainment, and product marketing.
- Work/learn in Adobe Suites ( Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects ect. ), website builders ( webflow, wordpress ect. ) or 3D programs ( Maya ).
- Learn and bring new ideas/ solutions to improve the look of ghOSt.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creative vision of our marketing projects to help develop strong aesthetics. Collaborate with other members of the team to best plan productions and facilitate our message.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Creating visually engaging content that represents Ghost Medical.
- Effectively communicating team ideas through a visual medium.
- Meeting production deadlines.
- Teamwork.
- Updating project management software on a daily basis and accurately logging time on projects utilizing SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) to coordinate projects with other team members.
- Sharing new marketing ideas that makes for more visually stunning projects and results.
- Fulfilling objectives and directives of directors and managers.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong content creation skills and portfolio showcasing their abilities and understanding of design principles, marketing techniques and creative software; Good collaboration and communication skills.
- The ability to be self-sufficient.
- Passion for content creation and willingness to continuously learn and improve Interest in the biomed field.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and manage time effectively Creative problem-solving skills.
Tools/Software Needed
- Adobe Suites
- Competency in Maya, Houdini, Zbrush, etc are a bonus
What is expected in the first 90 days?
- Complete several projects with the marketing team over the course of the summer.
- Learning SOP conventions in each software and implementing them
- Know who to talk to for whatever they may need.
- Learning and following production SOP (posting revisions, where they go, how to notify the team.
- Taking and understanding direction from directors.
