In light of the grief that has overtaken our beloved cities following the murder of George Floyd, we would like to designate this weekly online space for the MCAD community to check in with one another. We need ways of maintaining ties during a time when we are physically apart and dealing with a range of traumas. This group is open to students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Although it is no longer craft-focused, you are welcome to work on a project while we chat and talk.
Wednesdays, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Stay for as long as you want. No expectations.
Please join my meeting from your computer, tablet or smartphone.

For those who participated in the 25 Million Stitches project, that final exhibition has been postponed until summer 2021. Examples of some of the embroidery panels that the MCAD extended community sent in are highlighted below.
Until we can meet in person, be safe and be well.
