Coping and Connecting in College
Fall semester-Tuesdays from 10:30-12 weekly
Held virtually via "telehealth"
Start date will be Tuesday, September 22
Minimum of 4-week commitment with option to continue
We invite you to join our staff members Arielah King, MSW LICSW (Mental Health Counselor) and Tamara McCoy (Graduate Intern, Counseling Psychology) for a weekly Student Wellness Group. Each week will feature a wellness topic/theme that relates to being a college student, followed by discussion and supportive conversations. Connect with other students, offer and receive support, and learn strategies for managing college in a confidential and friendly group. Laughter and humor too.
** MCAD students living inside and outside of Minnesota may register*
