Logo Design and Website Art
I am looking for someone to create a logo for my new podcast and some art for my website. My podcast is about resolving grief to move closer towards climate restoration.
I really like pastels softness and plants and wouldn't mind some mixed media.
My inspiration includes: The visual effects and overall experience of the podcast Floodlines: https://www.theatlantic.com/podcasts/floodlines/ and also am inspired by the grassland prairie in the dakotas: https://www.sdpb.org/blogs/arts-and-culture/landscapes-grand-river-national-grassland/

We are a working music duo. We do concerts for the underprivileged- largely nursing homes, aging vets, mentally handicapped, etc.
We have an immediate need for about 4 hours of technical artwork, and if we work well together, it would likely be “a few dozen” hours a year. In my day job, I was an art director among other things, so I am super familiar with graphic design, prepress requirements, proofing, final layout development, etc.
The initial project is for promotional products. We take our existing branding and add additional elements for each particular product: posters, magnets, and mugs. Your job will be to actualize our changes, prepare final proofs, and prepare final files templates per the printer’s needs. I will be surprised if the product phase cannot be completed in 2-4 hours and in a single day- we can be ready to approve changes pretty much instantly.
On an ongoing basis, if we work well together, there is the option of taking over all website work, and a fair deal of social media work as well. Here is our website for reference as to our “look” and feel: www.bcfolk.net."
