***Service Degredation***OneLogIn Issues***

I apologize that we did not send out an update yesterday, but there was not much to report other than community members were still having sporadic issues, and we were working with OneLogIn support.
 
We did make a small change last night, based on some behavioral information we were seeing.  We monitored this overnight, and through this morning.
 
It appears that this issue may be resolved.  We are still seeing an occasional error, but nothing to the level of what was impacting us previously and not with the same consistency that has hampered people the last 48 hours.
 
We will continue to monitor this, Please reach out to the Helpdesk if you are having issues logging into OneLogIn multiple times and it continuously fails.

Good afternoon!
 
As some of you may be aware, yesterday we started to receive reports of some strange authentication behavior for some in our community via errors with OneLogIn.
 
Today, that seems to have worsened some and continues to affect some members of our community.
 
We currently have an open support dialogue with OneLogIn, and are working to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
 
Issue Behavior - When you try to log in, OneLogIn states that your password is incorrect.  In some cases, this only happens 1x or 2x and then works.  In other cases, it can occur enough to lock the account out, and requires support to unlock.
 
Work Around -   Some affected people have been able to work around this issue by going through a password reset process.  If you are being affected by this issue, please look below my signature for a detailed step by step process to reset your password,  If this issue isn't affecting you, we do not recommend going through this process as a preventative measure.
 
We will continue to communicate our issues with OneLogin support and will provide updates as we progress towards a resolution.
