Updated Help Desk Hours

Beginning Monday, March 15th!

New Help Desk Hours

The MCAD Help Desk is making a slight adjustment to our remote support hours to better serve the needs of the school this semester.

Starting on Monday, March 15th, 2021 our new remote support hours will be:

8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri

These new hours will run until Monday, May 3, 2021 when we will expand our hours again to support finals and the end of the semester. During these hours we will be available to answer support requests through email (helpdesk@mcad.edu), phone (612-874-3666), and video conference (via appointment).

There will be no change to our current in-person support hours through the end of the semester, and we will still be available for scheduled assistance and limited walk-ins from:

11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mon-Fri
