Just your friendly neighborhood Media Center checking in with some updates! We're still chillin' on the 3rd floor to help you with all your equipment needs.
Firstly, we will be switching back to our old reservation system, WebCheckout (AKA Patron Portal, AKA equipment.mcad.edu). You can finally go back to making your own reservations! Please note, however, that we will be requiring you to make reservations 3 days ahead of time in order for our staff to approve the reservations and to make sure proper COVID-19 guidelines can be followed.
We won't be accepting regular old reservation requests anymore via our Personal Proposal form except for when the need for it is stipulated (a reservation for longer than 5 days, more than one piece of a certain kind of equipment, or tech equipment).

Secondly, we've changed our hours to reflect equipment usage this semester. Our new hours are 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Mon–Fri, and 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Sat & Sun
Lastly, like last semester, please check with specific staff about their remote work schedule before making in-person appointments with them. Direct contact info can be found by going to the staff tab on the Media Center Intranet page.
