When a new employee is hired, we should all be invested in their success. This MCAD Hiring Manager Guide is designed to provide you with information on how to submit a new job for approval and how to manage the interview, hiring, and selection process, as well onboarding so that this new member of the MCAD community feels supported, welcomed, informed, and empowered. In order to ensure that MCAD is hiring with equity and engagement in mind, some tools are also shared which should assist you throughout the interview, hiring, and onboarding process. Human Resources is here to support recruiting, selection, and onboarding efforts with the goal of creating an MCAD employee community that is diverse, engaged, empowered, and inspired. Below are highlights from the full MCAD Hiring Manager Guide.


All positions are posted via Paylocity Recruiting. To get started, log in to your Paylocity account. Once logged in, click on the drop down menu in the upper left hand corner, and select Recruiting from the drop down. Once in the Recruiting module, you should land on the Jobs Dashboard. From here, to add a new position, click on "Create New Job". MCAD jobs will typically be posted to the job boards listed below. Unless indicated otherwise, all positions will remain posted until filled. As a hiring manager, if you would like to post to any additional job board, please work with your recruiter partner (please note that fees for other job boards outside of the default job board will be charged back to the hiring department’s budget).
