Minneapolis College of Art & Design (MCAD) and Homeland Health Specialists are bringing flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinics to your worksite soon!
To participate, please print and bring a completed consent form with you to your appointment along with a copy of your insurance card (Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, HealthPartners, Medica, UnitedHealthcare, or Medicare with supplemental).
If you don’t have insurance, you can pay out of pocket:
Flu: $45; FluMist (if available): $50; Senior Flu (if available): $75; COVID-19: $190
Appointments are scheduled in time blocks—you may arrive anytime during your assigned slot. If you miss your scheduled time, you can still come during the clinic hours and receive your vaccine.
