Jenna Myrland is a multidisciplinary creative with a focus on crafting immersive environments that promote human connection. As a former Lead Experience Officer at Alight, she dedicated over a decade to the design and orchestration of experiences, workshops and events in the US, Africa and Asia. During her tenure she drove initiatives that united stakeholders across disciplines and geographies to co-create a more human-centered approach to humanitarian relief. Working alongside a team that served 4.5 million refugees, she witnessed the power of design thinking to foster meaningful change within communities globally.
As founder of JM Workshop, Jenna now leads commercial design projects that prioritize community connection in the built environment. Her practice specializes in creating spaces that challenge traditional design assumptions and promote inclusive engagement. Through JM Workshop, she continues to champion human-centered design solutions, while advancing a more connected, collaborative future for commercial spaces.
