The admissions office is the first point of contact for all prospective MCAD students, whether they are applying to college for the first time, transferring in, or hoping to advance their skills and knowledge through a master's program.
Our friendly and helpful counselors guide new MCAD students through the entire admissions process–from perfecting portfolios, to filling out the application, to transferring studio credits.
If you are a returning MCAD student, please contact the Student Affairs Office for the coordination of transfer credits.
During this time, the Admissions Office staff are working and available remotely Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. via Google Chat, Google Meet, email, or phone. Prospective Student questions can be emailed to admissions@mcad.edu and an admission counselor will respond to them quickly.
Virtual visits may be scheduled at admissions@mcad.edu. Virtual events are posted online and may be registered to attend at mcad.edu/admissions-events. If a campus tour is desired, an appointment can be reserved online at mcad.edu/admissions-events. Please see the Admissions Office Intranet directory for staff contact information.
