STANDARD EXHIBITION SPACES
To reserve one of our standard exhibition or critique spaces on campus, please speak to our Office and Studio Coordinator in person at our office in Room 207, or reach out by email to exhibition_studio_services@mcad.edu. We offer exhibition space on a first-come basis, and recommend scheduling in advance as much as possible. For other space reservations, such as room or collaborative space reservations, please see the section on Room Reservations.

NON-TRADITIONAL EXHIBITION SPACES
For installations outside of our designated exhibition spaces, on the MCAD campus grounds or in non-exhibition locations, we will need to evaluate and approve your proposed installation. Please fill out the MCAD Grounds / Personal Proposal Form below to initiate this process.
MCAD Grounds / Personal Proposal Form
A form for exhibition reservations outside of the standard reservable spaces. Please fill out this form and email it to exhibition_studio_services@mcad.edu and facilities@mcad.edu for approval. DO NOT begin using the space until it has been formally approved.
MFA Campus / Mia Grounds Proposal Form
A form for exhibition reservations outside of the standard reservable spaces at the MFA campus and surrounding Mia grounds. Please fill out this form and email it to exhibition_studio_services@mcad.edu and facilities@mcad.edu for approval. DO NOT begin using the space until it has been formally approved.
