MCAD offers a 403(b) retirement plan through TIAA. There are two ways employees can contribute: The Supplemental Retirement Annuity (SRA) and the 403(b) Match. The SRA is a way any eligible employee can contribute to their 403(b) plan. To be eligible for the 403(b) Match an employee must work full time with MCAD for two years, or sign a service waiver. There is more information on the 403(b) waiver below.
