Day at the Capitol, Registration Sign-Up

On Tuesday, March 10, MCAD Students and Staff, along with representatives of other MN Private Colleges, will gather at the MN State Capitol to lobby for state grants to students, and we need your voice! If you are a state grant recipient, this is your opportunity to talk directly with your legislators about why this funding matters. State Grant recipients will be receiving further information from MCAD Financial Aid about Day at the Capitol. For more on this event and to sign up to participate, please visit the Minnesota Private College Council website. Carpool options will be available. Once you register, you will receive more information and materials on how to become an effective advocate before you arri ve at the Capitol! On your event day, you’ll join conversations with legislators alongside other students. Together, we’ll ask legislators to fully fund State Grants for low- and middle-income students attending college in Minnesota.
