Student Counseling and Wellness

Welcome to the Student Counseling and Wellness Center

The Student Counseling and Wellness staff welcomes all undergraduate and graduate students. We invite you to stop in and/or email to make an appointment to meet with us while you are a student at MCAD.

The Student Counseling and Wellness Center provides supportive and confidential counseling to assist students in managing personal, relational, social, and educational concerns, as well as mental health symptoms/conditions that may be active while studying at MCAD. No issue is too big or small. Services are provided free of charge and include individual and group counseling, supportive listening and feedback, consultation, guidance during crisis and during stressful times, referrals to community resources, and help with navigating medical insurance networks.

In addition, we provide campus wellness programs to promote student physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. We serve as a resource for students interested in health promotion and wellness information. Watch for our wellness event notices throughout the academic year. If you are interested in assisting and/or making suggestions for wellness education or events, feel free to let us know. We value your input and participation!
