Dear MCAD Students and Families,

This is a notification that your spring bill information is now available to view online. The balance information reflected includes all certified financial aid, housing, and meal charges (if applicable), and enrollment information as of today's date for the spring 2025 semester. Note: students who are currently enrolled in the fall 2024 monthly installment agreement (MAXPlan) will not see their spring tuition information reflected in MAXPay until they have completed their fall MAXPlan agreement.

Fall Semester 2024 final grades are now available on myMCAD!  Log in to my.mcad.edu and go to the Records Office tab to access either your unofficial transcript or Fall 2024-25 final grade report and view your grades.

Contract Parking at the Hive

A limited number of contract parking spaces are available at the Hive.

MCAD housing residents may submit a request for a parking permit in the Hive garage or outdoor lot space. A lottery is conducted to determine who will receive a parking assignment. Hive residents receive priority in parking assignments.

The Hive Parking Lottery Sign Up form can be found on the Student Life tab of my.MCAD.edu

Media Center Circulation Assistant (Works/Study position)

On Monday, December 9, 2024, a motor vehicle theft from the exterior Hive Parking Lot was reported to MCAD Campus Safety at 9:40 p.m.  In reviewing video footage from 12/8/24 at 1:48 a.m., an individual, appearing to be a light-skinned male wearing all dark clothing, entered the lot on foot from the north alley access, and immediately approached a white Honda CR-V in the lot.
