On 10/10/24 around 2:30 a.m., at least one non-MCAD affiliated individual was able to gain access to The Hive (113 East 26th St).  The male exited the property possibly holding a package, and a non-secured bicycle that was in the garage area.  Upon Campus Safety's arrival to The Hive, there was no longer anyone present and all exteriors were checked and able to be secured.

The male is described as light-skinned, between 5'8"-5'10" in height, and between 18-25 years old.  He was wearing a black hat, black hooded sweatshirt, black shoes with white soles, and green pants with white and red details on the bottom half of the pant leg.

The incident remains under investigation.
