Free tickets for all Minneapolis College of Art and Design students and faculty to see Dracula: Paris Fashion Week this weekend at the newly reopened Cowles Center in downtown Minneapolis!
We have made a unique interpretation to the classic novel by Bram Stoker setting it in late 1970’s Paris Fashion Week. What intrigued me most with this combination was the idea of placing a man who never ages in a world obsessed with youth and beauty. The production brings classical music, EDM, spoken word, and rock together with classical ballet and contemporary movement. Bringing ballet into the modern age while respecting its history has been our mission with our productions at North Ballet Theatre and this is no different. I believe ballet can speak powerfully to people today if given the opportunity.

You’re welcome to bring friends and family! Anyone who would like to support our work can choose to donate or purchase a full-price ticket, but that is entirely optional. We want every student and faculty member to have the opportunity to attend at no charge.
Local arts need local audiences. For a young company like ours, your efforts towards sharing this message and showing up means a great deal. We are extremely eager to gain the trust of our community and build a larger network of supporters! We really do need your help spreading the word, so thank you very much for any assistance you can offer!
