Job Title: Product Development and Sourcing Intern

Opportunity Summary: As part of the 2025 Summer Harvest Group Internship Program, our Product Development and Sourcing intern will have an opportunity to gain real world experience in the retail industry by working with our Owned Brand team to learn how we develop and deliver best in class products to our retailers. Although the day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on the role and weekly business needs of the team, our interns will be able to contribute to our business in meaningful ways! In addition to participating in professional development and team building opportunities, each intern will participate in a summer internship project to showcase what they have learned.
Desired Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (preferred but not required)
- Strong desire to pursue a career in product development and design
- Interest in product development and awareness of retail marketplace
- Ability to illustrate/render dimensional products
- Graphic design skills for creating labels on products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to influence or persuade others
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Strong self-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Technical skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or basic computer design system skills
