Job Title: Product & Digital Content Intern (Summer 2025)

Opportunity Summary: The Product & Digital Content Intern is responsible for contributing to content creation, social media management, design projects, and campaign execution while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. This role also includes supporting Tallo’s platform features, particularly the Community launch, by providing feedback and acting as an ambassador. The intern will have opportunities to shadow professionals, document experiences, and develop digital skills.

  • Content Creation: Record, edit, and schedule video content. Perform data entry and conduct social media research. Brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and strategies. Contribute to graphic design, copywriting, and overall campaign execution.
  • Job Shadowing and Recording Experiences: Shadow professionals in areas of personal interest. Document and record job shadow and internship experiences for content creation purposes.
  • Graphic Design Collaboration: Collaborate on graphic design tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Community Support: Support the upcoming launch of the Tallo Community feature by sharing insights and feedback from personal experience. Act as a test group participant and ambassador for the Community feature. Conduct outreach to promote platform use and gather feedback from new users.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in testing new features or updates on the Tallo platform, providing detailed feedback to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Other Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Tallo team.

Job Title: Graphic Design/Animation- Marketing Internship

Our program is focused on better-preparing students for the business world while providing valuable contributions to our company. WWT interns work in a dynamic and collaborative culture that highlights career opportunities and advancement. How WWT shows up is up to you! Our Marketing team helps develop and promote WWT's products and services through various techniques, strategies and materials such as campaign goals and objectives, target audience, key messages, digital channels and sales enablement resources. Areas include but are not limited to Creative Services, Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing and Social Media Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Prefers Animation Experience
  • Motion designer. Art designing motion 2D and 3D motion
  • Supporting the digital team. More awareness. Support new business initiatives. Also supporting the marketing team
  • Project-based work. Receive them in a number of different ways. Intake process that goes the intake team then it is delegated. Direct assignment through digital team leadership
  • Work directly work a mentor daily. Broadly with the writer and project manager and also PM. Interactions with the wider digital team.
  • Specific background knowledge needed: motion design - after effects. 3D experience in Blender or Cinema 4D

Job Title: Visual Brand/Graphic Design Internship

Opportunity Summary: This $1500 stipend-eligible position is for summer 2025.  Support the digital presence of The Arc Minnesota and Arc's Value Village by developing and executing creative content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. This role involves social media planning, writing engaging captions, creating visually compelling digital images with Canva or Adobe Suite, and capturing dynamic video and photo content. The intern will collaborate with various organizational teams, contribute to marketing meetings, and help amplify our mission-driven message through innovative social media initiatives.  Work is done under the supervision and collaboration of the Marketing and Communication Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with developing and executing engaging content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms as assigned
  • Regularly monitor industry trends, community activity, and audience interests using digital tools and social listening platforms to identify and curate relevant content ideas for future social media posts
  • Capture high-quality videos and photos at The Arc Minnesota’s St. Paul location as well as at our metro area thrift store locations to showcase community stories and initiatives, as well as thrift store events and promotions
  • Write compelling captions that enhance digital storytelling and resonate with our audience
  • Design visually appealing digital images using Canva or Adobe tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams at The Arc Minnesota and Arc’s Value Village to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives
  • Actively participate in marketing meetings, contributing creative ideas and strategic insights
  • Schedule social media posts as assigned using Sprout Social software
  • Manage posting schedules to ensure consistent brand messaging and timing across platforms
  • Respond to comments, and messages, and interact with followers to build community
  • Stay informed on social media trends and platform updates to continually optimize content performance
  • Attend occasional metro area events as schedule allows
  • Monitor, collect, and report on the results of social media campaigns

  • Helping provide inspiring, conceptual solutions for a wide variety of creative and production-oriented projects, helping to elevate the Jockey brand
  • Supporting in delivering quality artwork to stakeholders on time and within budget
  • Assisting in creation of design deliverables such as print, displays, collateral, in-store advertising, digital graphics, and identity development
  • Assisting in creation of innovative solutions for projects within brand guidelines
  • Helping in producing reproduction-ready artwork, including image retouching direction, color calibration, completing file quality checks, creating bleeds and crops, resizing, and other production methods as needed
  • Assisting in managing projects and troubleshooting issues with third-party vendors and in-house clients
  • Assisting in managing, maintaining, and conducting trainings on the printer
