Job Title: Pre-press Design Intern

Organization Name: Area Environments

Wage/Salary: $18-20/hr

Opportunity Summary: Assist the Marketing Pre-Press Designer with duties related to preparing, refining, and proofing marketing materials for press. Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite to assist with product installation images, sampling, and other marketing initiatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Part Time, 20-30 hours per week
  • Prepare showroom samples by selecting art crops for the layout; label, sort, and organize files for print
  • Assist with creating installation images by masking backgrounds and preparing for use in print and web
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all materials meet brand standards
  • Assist with website design and management, uploading and preparing merchandise, contributing to SEO efforts related to adding new artists to our collection 
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE:
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite. Specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • A rising junior, senior, and beyond who is studying graphic design or a related field
  • Will have a portfolio with samples of design work
  • Interested in developing professional skills throughout this internship, such as time management, communication, team collaboration, presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Job Title: WDI Visual Communications Intern, Summer/Fall 2025

Organization Name: The Walt Disney Company

Wage/Salary: $22/hr

Opportunity Summary: The intern will help the WDI Communications team deliver highly engaging and compelling content that represents the incredible Imagineering talent, teams and projects we support. This position works collaboratively with leaders across the Communications team, and be accountable to the Senior Media Producer, who oversees visual communication deliverables. 

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual with a broad range of skills and experience to support various communication needs. From creating compelling video content, graphics to support internal communications and social media campaigns, to dynamic keynote presentations and project sizzle reels, the intern should have a vision for how the content should be organized and stylized to connect with target audiences.

Required Qualifications & Skills :
  • Experience in video production (cameras, lighting & audio)
  • Ability to absorb complex information and translate into engaging messages accessible to a wide audience
  • Self-motivated and effective worker with the ability to go above and beyond to consistently deliver high-quality materials on short timeframes
  • Effective communication, verbal and written, with other groups to ensure content is accurate and appropriate
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Ability to actively listen and ask questions to understand core communication goals to develop the most effective visuals
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Ability to handle confidential information and to exercise good judgment and discretion when handling sensitive issues.
  • Proficient with Adobe Premiere & Photoshop
  • Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, which can include working outside in the elements (extreme heat and/or cold), continuously holding, carrying, and lifting up to 25 pounds of video equipment, frequent walking & standing

Job Title: Social Media Intern

Organization Name: Once Upon A Farm

Wage/Salary: $18/hr

Opportunity Summary: The Social Media Intern reports to the Senior Manager of Social Media & Content and will be responsible for creating engaging content for Once Upon a Farm’s social media channels and supporting the team through organization and optimization. You're a natural communicator and creative thinker who loves collaboration and experimentation. You’re meticulous and organized, no stranger to a good spreadsheet or calendar (but also able to be nimble and quick when called for). And—of course—you’re an avid social media user who brings fresh and unique ideas while staying on top of memes and trends. Bring your storytelling skills, fresh ideas, and gut instincts!

In This Role, You Will:
  • Write copy for social posts and captions
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions with the larger marketing team to align on quarterly priorities
  • Collaborate with other team members—including the social media team, creative team, and sustainability team—on social assets
  • Keep up to date on social media updates and trends, identify ones that make sense for our brand, and pitch/execute ideas
  • Assist with scheduling and posting content
  • Optional (if time allows and you are interested in doing so): create video content for Once Upon a Farm’s social channels
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed

Job Title: Marketing Intern – Graphic Design

Organization Name: Marvin

Wage/Salary: $19.50-22.50/hr

Opportunity Summary: The Infinity Marketing Intern will assist with a variety of marketing projects with a special focus on graphic design. In this role, you will assist at every stage of the design/production cycle — from brainstorming creative concepts, development, pre-production, and print and/or online production. You will also gain valuable insight into the inner workings of various roles within a corporate marketing environment and will be exposed to brand management, digital marketing, social media, project management, and teamwork.

Highlights of your role:
  • Partner with marketing team to design marketing materials to meet strategic and creative project goals through print and digital mediums.
  • With guidance from the marketing creative specialist, take projects through all phases of the design process (conception to production).
  • Ensure brand design, quality, and guidelines are met.
  • Organize and assist with maintaining asset management site.
  • Assist with photo management and correction.
