QUALIFICATIONS:
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel—formulas, pivot tables, creating efficiencies
Strong knowledge and background in metrics and results-driven optimization is vital
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Preferred experience in digital media, especially in managing display campaigns
Willingness to learn and use DoubleClick, The Trade Desk, comScore and Google Analytics—any current tool certifications are a plus
A data-driven, independent, and analytical approach to problem solving
The ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment
Self-starting, positive work ethic, to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

Job Title: Event Production Intern
Organization Name: Caponi Art Park
Wage/Salary: $15.50/hr
Opportunity Summary: Located in a stunning urban oasis in Eagan, Minnesota, Caponi Art Park is a distinctive nonprofit community space. Our mission is to restore and nurture the human spirit through art, nature, and community. We do this by offering a variety of arts performances and public events, as well as educational tours and workshops, using the beauty and serenity of the natural world as the backdrop to it all. This is a 3–5 month internship spanning May through September, depending on seasonal availability. The Events Intern will work in tandem with the Program and Volunteer Coordinator to develop, implement, and assess all events and performances at the art park. You will be working to bring awareness to the park through our programs while providing high-quality arts experiences and creative community engagement. This position is ideal for an individual aspiring to work in public programs, event management, the arts sector, nonprofits, and similar fields.
Experience and Qualifications:
A demonstrated history of successful work or volunteer experience combined with a passion for the arts, nature, and community
Strict adherence to commitments made, being on time, being honest, and being communicative; a marked integrity in all aspects of worklife
Ability to relate to and interact positively with people of all ages and backgrounds
Ability to maintain physical and verbal composure in stressful situations while interacting with visitors, artists, volunteers, and other staff
Strong awareness of your surroundings in service of creating a welcoming, enjoyable, and safe environment for visitors
Reliable transportation or the ability to be physically present at the park on a regular basis; a valid driver’s license is required to operate golf carts

Job Title: Youth Filmmaking Summer Camp Intern
Organization Name: FilmNorth
Wage/Salary: Interns receive a $150 (half-day) or $300 (full-day) stipend per camp and FREE enrollment of one class or workshop.
Opportunity Summary: Being an intern for a FilmNorth Summer camp is the perfect opportunity to put your experience and expertise into practice and assist youth with media projects while collaborating with a local, professional instructor in the field!
Summer camps run Monday – Friday weekly from June 22nd – August 21st, 2026. Please note that each internship (e.g. directing or cinematography), is specific to each camp and lasts for one week only, rather than the entire summer. Please refer to the schedule below for dates and camp listings.
Summer camp interns work closely with the instructor to address the needs of the camp. If the camp is production-oriented, interns assist students with planning, filming, and editing. Interns primarily work as collaborating mentors for the projects, and also help with any necessary equipment setup. Interns should be comfortable working collaboratively with youth ages 10-17. Interns are expected to staff the check-in counter on the first day of camp, put out snacks, for breaks and clean up after breaks. All interns must arrive at least 15 minutes before the camp begins to help with set-up. If you are asked to assist with camp check-in, you must arrive 30 minutes before camp start.
Qualifications: Experience with video production (cameras, lighting, audio) and editing is preferred. Experience working with youth and collaborating with diverse individuals is also heavily preferred. Graphic design or photography experience is helpful but not required.

Job Title: Content Creator Intern
Organization Name: COOL STORY
Wage/Salary: $18/hr
Opportunity Summary: This internship will provide students with an exposure to the business of creativity. You will learn how to think both creatively and strategically as you assist in the production of social content for our clients as well as create your own for our social channels. The goal for this internship will to give you a crash course on content creation, as well as how it applies to brands advertising + marketing efforts.
COOL STORY is based in Minneapolis,. This is an in-person role requiring four days per week onsite at our downtown office. Candidates must be located in or able to reliably commute to the Twin Cities. Productions may occasionally take place at additional locations outside of the metro-area. Travel will be reimbursed for those shoots.
Qualities or skills desired:
Borderline obsessive (yet not entirely toxic) desire to create things that people enjoy watching.
Strong communication skills.
A deep-seeded curiosity.
Experience shooting + editing video for Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
Comfort being on-camera and filming in public places.
Passion for pop-culture and a desire to disrupt it.
