MCAD’s Buddy Program pairs employees to build community and promote campus inclusion. Goals of the program:
- Increase community engagement
- Support employee acclimation and retention
- Provide professional development and growth opportunities
Who can sign up?
All MCAD staff and faculty are invited to participate.
How can I sign up?
Complete the Buddy Program Questionnaire to get paired with a Buddy.
Our first event will take place on February 5th. You will get to meet your Buddy, mingle, and enjoy refreshments in the Emeritus room.
