Title: Front Desk Assistant
Pay: $17 per hour
Overview: JOB SUMMARY: The Front Desk Assistant provides vital personal contact and individualized service to the TMORA visitor at the Museum’s admissions desk.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate the Museum’s front desk and provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service experiences to all Museum visitors
Provide general information about the Museum’s exhibitions and programming
Create meaningful connections and fulfilling experiences for guestsFacilitate admission and membership sales through the Museum’s POS system
Answer the phone; transfer phone calls to the Museum staff.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.

Organization: Public Art St. Paul
Title: Seasonal Part Time Position: Field Coordinator, Sidewalk Poetry
Pay: $30 per hour
Overview: The Field Coordinator, Sidewalk Poetry is a part time, temporary seasonal employee of Public Art Saint Paul (PASP). With a single installation scheduled for June, and a season likely beginning in early Sep 1, 2025, the Field Coordinator will work 200-400 hours over the course of the poetry stamping season, possibly lasting until early November. This position’s work schedule depends upon the construction schedule for the City of Saint Paul’s (the “City’s”) Sidewalk Maintenance Program (“SMP”) and the City SMP Contractor’s schedule. The Field Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day, on-site oversight and correct implementation of Sidewalk Poetry installations in designated sidewalk panels, as described below.

Overview: The Ordway Center for the Performing Arts is one of the leading performing arts centers in the United States and a catalyst for vibrant arts in Minnesota. Powered by hundreds of talented and dedicated staff members and volunteers, the Ordway is renowned for its multidisciplinary programming, welcoming atmosphere, and comfortable environment. The Stage Coordinator is responsible for stage management at various performances for the Flint Hills Family Festival. This position will work the Flint Hills Family Festival from Wednesday, May 28 – Saturday, June 1.
