Title: Digital Storyteller

Overview: We are seeking a Digital Storyteller to help amplify voices, highlight research, and advance health equity through creative, multimedia narratives. The Digital Storyteller will translate BDV’s groundbreaking research and advocacy into compelling digital content, while also supporting the Founder in promoting her books, public writing, and speaking engagements. This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity with purpose, helping shift national conversations on race, medicine, and justice.

Title: Bentson Archivist and Assistant Curator
Pay: $24.75-27.50/hr (Full-time)
Overview: Under the direction of the Director and Curator of Moving Image, the Bentson Archivist and Curatorial Assistant will oversee the administration, care and upkeep, and activation of the Ruben/Bentson Moving Image Collection. This grant-funded position will maintain collection records and databases, monitor and maintain both physical and digital assets, as well as develop programming for the Walker Cinema, Bentson Mediatheque, and online platform that focuses on contemporary and experimental film and use of the Collection.

Title: Seasonal Studio Photographer
Pay: $16.75/ hr
Overview: Lifetouch, operating the JCPenney Portrait Studios, is hiring seasonal part-time team members with a passion for photography and customer service. The role offers paid photography and sales training, competitive pay of $16.75 per hour plus incentives, flexible scheduling, and store/studio discounts. Team members capture creative portraits, guide clients through the sales process, schedule and confirm sessions, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Strong communication, basic math/computer skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are important; retail, service, or photography experience is a plus but not required. Overview: Crate & Barrel is seeking a Designer to help customers bring their home visions to life. This role blends interior design expertise with competitive sales, offering a pay range of $16–$27 per hour plus potential bonuses and incentives. Designers provide in-store, in-home, and virtual consultations; create mood boards, floor plans, and presentations; and guide customers through a variety of design styles—from classic to contemporary—using digital tools and 2D/3D technology. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a keen eye for current design trends, and proficiency with technology and spatial planning. Title: Printing & Graphic Design Assistant

Overview: Paradise Arcade Shop, a long-time provider of arcade parts, repairs, and custom builds, is seeking a motivated student to join its expanding in-house printing and fabrication team. The role involves designing artwork for arcade cabinets and marquees, operating large-format printers, a laser cutter, and a laminator, and assisting with graphics application and equipment maintenance. Ideal candidates are students in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Industrial Design, or related fields, proficient in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and creative, detail-oriented self-starters. Job Title: Twin Cities Cosmetic Surgery
Organization: Medical Videographer
Pay: $40/hr filming plus $30/hr editing
Scope: 8-10 hours, likely separated into three sessions over several weeks. Deadline 9/30
About: Plastic surgeon in Minneapolis seeking videographer (film student welcome!). Shoot slow-motion procedure clips (with patient consent) and clinic B-roll. ~3 separate filming sessions, each requiring roughly 2-4 hours. Will pay $40/hr filming plus $30/hr editing. Delivered raw and edited/highlight footage. Must be comfortable observing surgical procedures. Must sign release and NDAs. Contact with portfolio.
