Overview: Choral Arts Ensemble (CAE) seeks a dependable, organized, and welcoming Concert Production Assistant to support the successful delivery of concerts and special events. This position combines hands-on concert production and primary front-of-house responsibility with routine administrative support. The ideal candidate is comfortable shifting between active event support, communication with patrons and volunteers, and detail-oriented office tasks.

Title: Wig and Wardrobe Technician

Pay: $31.05/hr

Overview: Wig and Wardrobe Technicians are responsible for assisting actors with wigs, facial hair, costumes and required accessories to ensure a smooth, well-timed performance. From tech week to strike, this position is responsible for the maintenance and integrity of design of finished wigs and costumes. Title: Child Actor Supervisor

Pay: $16.37/hr

Overview: Child Actor Supervisors are responsible for supervising child actors in rehearsal and performance for the Guthrie’s production of A Christmas Carol. This position oversees all child actor activity and behavior offstage and in the rehearsal and dressing rooms. Child Actor Supervisors ensure all child actors remain safe and focused for their work. Overview: White Bear Center for the Arts seeks passionate Teaching Artists to provide engaging, inclusive, and enriching art experiences for youth. We welcome artists working in a wide range of mediums and disciplines. Teaching opportunities may include summer camps, youth classes and workshops at WBCA, school-based programs, and programs offered in partnership with community organizations throughout the Twin Cities metro. Title: Props Manager

Pay: $11.46 - 13.67/hr

Overview: The Lakeville Area Arts Center is seeking a Props Manager to join our team for the 2026-27 season. Productions include A Christmas Story (Sept-Nov), Lettres et Cafe (Dec-Feb), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Mar-May), Moon Over Buffalo (May-Aug). As a Props Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing our shows to life by sourcing, acquiring, and maintaining all stage properties used by actors.

Title: Visitor Experience Staff

Overview: The Works is seeking motivated, friendly individuals to work at the Museum’s front desk and host birthday parties. Visitor Experience Staff help ensure that museum operations run smoothly, including selling visitor tickets and memberships; providing information to visitors; maintaining museum gallery, restrooms, and public areas; greeting and supervising groups visiting the Museum; and facilitating birthday parties, which includes leading hands-on engineering projects with groups of 8-20 children.

Overview: The Gallery Director works in close partnership with the Executive Director to serve as the welcoming public face of the Art Center. This role focuses on community networking, event hosting, artist engagement, grant assistance, and gallery operations.

Organization: Kidcreate Studio South Charlotte

Title: Children's Art and Science Instructor

Pay: $16-19/hr

Overview: This is a Part-Time Children’s Art & Science Teacher position at Kidcreate Studio, paying $16–$19/hour, with paid training, mileage reimbursement, employee discounts, and a very flexible schedule. Teachers work with children ages 18 months–12 years through art and science classes, camps, and activities using materials like paint, clay, slime, and science experiments. No teaching experience is required, as training is provided. During the school year, you’ll generally work 5–15 hours per week, mainly afternoons at least three days a week, with more hours available during summer and school breaks. You’ll teach at the Woodbury studio and other locations throughout the Twin Cities East Metro, so a reliable car is required. This is a great opportunity for creative people and college students who enjoy working with kids.

Title: Visitor Assistant Galleries (Part-Time)

Pay: $16.75 /hr

Overview: We are seeking a Visitor Assistant who is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all museum visitors and monitoring and maintaining museum exhibits and props. Must be available to work during the weekdays (occasional Mondays), every other Friday evening, and every other weekend rotation (shifts scheduled between 8:30AM-8:30PM). In addition to Friday evenings, some evening shifts throughout the month will be required.

Overview: Minnesota Children's Museum is looking for outgoing, engaging people who enjoy interacting with children and adults, ages 0-100, to join our team as part-time Program Facilitator. In this role you will be responsible for enhancing the visitors’ experience in The Studio gallery and running pop-up programs throughout the museum. This position is responsible for all parts of the program experience, from welcoming visitors to the space, encouraging exploration and learning, to maintaining the space for all visitors to use.
