As a member of the MCAD Community, you receive discounted parking in Lot C (the surface lot at the south end of the Main Building). Lot C parking rates are:
- MCAD Faculty/Staff/Students – $0.25/hour
- General Parking – $6/day flat rate
To obtain this MCAD Community rate, follow the Instructions for MCAD ID PARKING PAYMENT. You must use your MCAD ID or the QR code to receive the discounted parking rate. No refunds can be issued if you use a physical credit card, so please sign-up and use your MCAD ID for parking.
You may use your MCAD ID or the subscription-generated QR code to gain entrance to Lot C. If you have forgotten to bring your badge with you, the QR code can be downloaded or printed for use at the entrance and exit gate.
In preparation for your arrival back on campus, please check your parking subscription status by logging in to Skidata Home Portal. You will need to re-enroll your MCAD ID every six months.

Lot C gate arms will be resuming normal operations on Monday, September 2, 2024.
