Window workstation, VM, and services outage

Due to an unexpected bug pushed out by a vendor, some of our Windows-based resources are having issues booting this morning. We're actively applying fixes to these systems, but please be aware that some of the services or computers that you might need to access may be unavailable until we've had a chance to manually apply the solution.

Impacted resources include but are not limited to internally hosted Windows applications and servers, Windows-based Virtual Machines, and Windows desktop/laptop computers. At this time, no macOS systems are impacted by the problem.

We're sorry about the inconvenience, but we're working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please email us at helpdesk@mcad.edu if there are specific resources that you need prioritized.
