This event wouldn’t be successful without the involvement of the entire MCAD community! Remember to apply and work the Art Sale — we are still searching for dependable and motivated workers to assist throughout the event. Available Positions:
Installers (11/12-11/20) & Deinstallers (11/23-11/26)
Assists with installing artwork throughout the MCAD galleries and hallways to prepare for the event and safely removes unsold artwork with participants and staff.
Front of House (11/21-11/23)
Operates the cash wrap, facilitating sales and donations, greeting guests, and efficiently managing busy lines.
Floor Staff (11/21-11/23)
Provides assistance to guests by answering questions and handling artwork, with the flexibility to move to high-need areas.
Back of House (11/21-11/23)
Handles and wraps purchased artwork for transport, manages pickup storage, and assists guests as needed.
The deadline to apply for installation workers is 10/12, and the deadline for all other positions is 10/18.
Applicants must be degreed alumni or current students.

Artwork Intake:
- Sunday, Nov. 10, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (Alumni preferred)
- Monday, Nov. 11, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (Student preferred)
Installation:
- Nov. 12–Nov. 21, 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
MCAD Art Sale:
- Thursday, Nov. 21, 6:00–9:00 p.m. (First Access Night)
- Friday, Nov. 22, 6:00–9:00 p.m. (General Admission Night)
- Saturday, Nov. 23, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (Community Day)
Artwork Pickup/De-Installation:
- Saturday, Nov. 23, 4:00–8:00 p.m.
- Sunday, Nov. 24, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (Alumni preferred)
- Monday, Nov. 25, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (Student preferred)
