Baja Shrimp Street Tacos – Citrus Marinated Shrimp served in a warm corn tortilla topped with street taco slaw, avocado crème, pico de gallo

Garlic & Herb Roasted Chicken with Mashed Potatoes – Hen leg and thigh quarter rubbed with Herbes de Provence, olive oil, and garlic. Roasted until Golden and served with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.

South of the Border Bowl Pork Carnitas, Spiced Black Beans, Roasted Sweet Corn, Fresh Pico De Gallo, Pickled Jalapeno, Avocado Crema, Queso Fresco, Cilantro

Beef Stroganoff over Buttered Egg Noodles – Classic hearty Russian dish of Sauteed Beef, Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, Beef Broth and Sour Cream. Served over Buttered Egg Noodles with Parsely.

Crab Salad Croissant – Chopped Surimi with celery, onion, bell pepper, Olde Bay seasoning and mayo on croissant.

Pasta Alfredo with Fresh Broccoli- Penne Noodles cooked Al Dente with a creamy, rich Alfredo Sauce. Served with Steamed Broccoli and a Garlic Bread. (V)

Roasted Garlic Flank Steak Bowl Roasted Garlic Flank Steak (served medium pink) on a bed of braised white beans with roasted bell pepper, caramelized onions and Italian salsa verde.

General Tsos Chicken and Rice: Crispy Chicken Chunks tossed in a Sweet, Spicy Glaze with Ginger, Garlic and Mild Chilies. Served on a Bed of Brown Rice with Carrots and Green Onions.
