I would like to officially welcome Chef Erik Jacobs to the MCAD community. With a career spanning more than 25 years, he has approached restaurant hospitality from a variety of angles. We are so lucky to have him leading the MCAD Café!
As a Chef, Food Writer, Culinary Instructor, Restaurant Consultant, and Entrepreneur, Erik has a natural desire to explore, which has taken him around the globe and fostered an intimate knowledge of many cultures and cuisines. So far he has traveled to 5 of the 7 continents with Antarctica and Oceania firmly in his sights. Recipes and influences from Chef Jacobs’ adventures color his imagination and menus.
While not in the kitchens at MCAD, Erik enjoys playing pickleball with friends, is a big baseball nerd (Go Cardinals!), and dreams/schemes of his next trip to France.
