Job Title: Exhibit Fabrication Intern

Organization Name: Minnesota Children’s Museum

Wage/Salary: $16/hr plus free parking or bus pass

Opportunity Summary: Minnesota Children's Museum's downtown St. Paul location has 74,000 square feet of exhibits space, in addition to being a leading producer of exhibit rentals for children's museums and having the largest collection of traveling exhibits on the road. The Exhibit Fabrication Intern will assist exhibit production staff in the fabrication and design of exhibits, installation of exhibitions, and exhibit repair and maintenance. Interns will be given the opportunity to exercise and strengthen their existing skills, to develop new skills of exhibit making, and to exercise responsibility, creativity and imagination. The internship requires hours to be completed at the museum.

Job Title: Design Internship

Organization Name: Capsule

Wage/Salary: $2,000–3,000 USD per month

Opportunity Summary: Capsule is seeking a fresh addition to our team for the summer. Someone who is capable, curious, and motivated to walk the walk, talk the talk, and design the design for brands far and wide alongside our creative team.

Job Title: Graphic Design Intern

We strive to continuously push the limits to bring our customers cutting-edge products that will help them in every aspect of their lives. We’re looking for a creative, motivated Design Intern to join our in-house Creative Team, fully remote.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn from experienced designers and gain real-world experience designing for a global fitness brand.

As a Design Intern, you’ll work under the guidance of our Senior Designers and Art Directors to assist in developing engaging visuals across a variety of platforms. This role is ideal for a student or recent grads looking to grow their skills and gain insight into working on a collaborative creative team.

Job Title: Motion Design Intern

Organization Name: Punchcut

Wage/Salary: $35–50/hr

Opportunity Summary: Punchcut is looking for a Motion Design Intern to join our team. Motion designers create experiences that go beyond the flat screen. Designers employ multi-disciplinary skills and emerging media to envision and realize rich multi-dimensional and multi-sensory experiences. You should have a strong understanding of user-centered design and be comfortable working independently and in collaboration with other designers. Applicants are currently enrolled in an academic program in a related field and are passionate about design that goes beyond the flat screen using motion, high fidelity prototyping, to create innovative solutions to mobile, wearable, spatial, and emerging interfaces. As a Punchcut intern, you'll play an active role on client projects, getting real-world, hands-on experience. Each day you'll learn from insightful and experienced co-workers as valued members of a fast-paced and fun creative team.
