MCAD's policy regarding immigration inquiries and enforcement on campus

IT Services/Helpdesk Support - Week of January 26

Good afternoon!

As a part of our ongoing adaptation to update service and support needs, below are the ITS and Helpdesk Hours this week.  We will continue to adjust as needs come up, and as we progress through the week and the weeks to follow.

  • ITS and Helpdesk will have normal operating hours, of 9 am to 5 pm each day.
  • Helpdesk will primarily be remote this week, but we will have staff on site to tend to physical needs as they arise.
  • Other specific needs will be handled on a case by case basis, with special appointments made at the convenience of the customer within operating hours.

 

  • To all Students - if you require in person assistance, please contact us via helpdesk@mcad.edu to help coordinate a physical visit.
