MCAD Black and White Ball

Student Activity:
Friday, May 1
Add to Calendar
7:00-11:00 p.m. CT

Once upon a time, in a land far far away before Covid, MCAD would host a yearly celebration called The Black and White Ball. This yearly dance party was a chance to dust off the formal wear and let loose at the end of a long school year. Many moons later, I am happy to share that it is once again time to dress to the nines(or whatever makes you feel fabulous) and shake a leg. SAVE THE DATE: The MCAD Black and White Ball is Friday May 1 from 7:00-11:00 p.m., just across the way at the Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia). Mark your calendars, start looking through your closets and local thrift stores for an outfit that makes you feel wonderful(perhaps in a black to white value range. Colors are also permitted), and get ready to have a wonderful night. If you missed your prom due to the pandemic, if you haven't stopped dancing since Halloween, if you want to lean into your most Bridgerton self, or simply want to shake off the cobwebs, we’ve got you covered. This year has been a heavy one, but there is so much to celebrate, and it’s good to have something joyous to look forward to. All MCAD Students welcome. There will be opportunities to sign up a plus one. More details to come in the months ahead. We’ll see you at Mia on May 1.
