Title: Art Center Summer Camp Instructor

Pay: $21.57 - 26.95/hr

Overview: The City of Edina is currently accepting applications for Summer Youth Art Camp Instructor.  Program dates, hours and wages vary by position. Hourly wage varies by position. Art Camp Instructors will work as a team to plan and implement age-appropriate activities. Instructors will assist with planning weekly arts/crafts, games, and natured based activities for children ages 6 to 11.  Scheduled work hours will be Monday-Thursday from 8am-1 p.m. at the Edina Art Center, as well as other hours in the surrounding community when necessary. Employment dates will be from the end of May through mid-August with programs starting the week of June 8.

Organization: Future Hearts, Minds & Dreamers

Title: Creative Enrichment Instructor

Pay:$40-60/hr

Overview: Future Hearts, Minds & Dreamers (FHMD) is seeking dedicated, passionate teaching artists to lead arts enrichment classes for youth and seniors. We work with professional artists and educators across a wide range of disciplines. Classes are offered in person, serving ages PreK–5th, 6th–12th, and 50+ adult learners. FHMD provides flexible scheduling and collaborates closely with instructors and partner sites to meet the unique needs of each community.

Title: Part-time Educator

Pay: $21.75/hr

Overview: We’re looking for passionate and adaptable educators to join the Walker Art Center in creating inclusive and engaging art experiences for diverse audiences. In this role, you will lead tours, workshops, and public programs while collaborating with the Public Engagement, Learning & Impact team to design learner-centered, inquiry-based activities. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in contemporary art and education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering meaningful connections between visitors and the transformative power of art.

Organization: City of Eden Prairie

Title: Theater and Events Site Lead

Pay: $18-19/hr

Overview: The Theater and Events Site Lead collaborates with the Arts and Events Recreation Supervisor and Recreation Specialist to plan, promote, implement, and evaluate events for the City. The main responsibilities and areas of impact include supporting and coordinating the planning and execution of community-wide events such as Arts in the Park, the 4th of July Hometown Celebration, and PeopleFest!, among others. Assist in implementing administrative processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality events, programs, and services. Attend meetings and perform various administrative duties necessary for program and event planning and execution. Coordinate event-specific tasks, including managing supplies and logistics.

Organization: Minnesota Landmarks

Title: PR & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Pay: $26-28/hr

Overview: The PR & Social Media Coordinator is a vital role that will have a strong presence in the communication and marketing of the public cultural programs, events and general awareness of all that is offered at Landmark Center, as well as the building as a whole.

The position is part-time, 20 hours per week, with some anticipated evening and weekend hours. Minnesota Landmarks is an in-person, onsite office but there may be opportunities for remote work with this position.The PR & Social Media Coordinator will report directly to the Community Programs Director but will also work with the entire program team, Events Department and the Minnesota Landmarks Building Events Committee. This position will work closely with the Community Programs Manager and Community Programs & Marketing Associate. The position will be responsible for handling public relations and media outreach, providing input and expertise on strategic marketing initiatives, as well as collaborating with staff to manage Landmark Center’s social media accounts.

Title: Box Office Associate

Pay: $17/hr

Overview: Penumbra seeks several individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team. This is a part-time position reporting to the Senior Guest & Client Services Manager. The FOH Box Office Associate will usually be the first contact with our patrons and must put customer service first. This position requires prospective employees work well within a team environment and independently. Theatre experience is not required, but helpful. Training for each task will be provided.

Title: Video Production Intern

Overview: The Five Wings Arts Council is seeking a creative and motivated Video Production Intern to document the impact of arts funding across our five-county region. This position will focus on producing a series of short, documentary-style videos that highlight the organizations and communities supported by Minnesota’s Arts & Cultural Heritage Legacy funding.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in film, media production, journalism, or storytelling to build a professional portfolio while engaging directly with artists and communities.

Overview: The Arts Engagement Internship is a year-long opportunity designed for an emerging arts professional seeking hands-on experience in arts administration, community engagement, creative storytelling, theater and performance support, and City-wide arts initiatives. Overview: The Exhibit Fabrication Intern will assist exhibit production staff in the fabrication and design of exhibits, installation of exhibitions, and exhibit repair and maintenance.
