Title: Venue Technician (Sound / Light)
Pay: $1,750 - 2,000 / Stipend
Overview: Fringe seeks creative, talented individuals to join our team as Venue Technicians during the Festival Season, August 1 - 17, 2026. Venue technicians are responsible for managing all the technical aspects of the festival, venue management, and festival schedule. Technicians work in pairs and are assigned to one location for the duration of the event. Each venue is assigned up to 11 different shows, each of which gets 5 performances spaced across the 11 days. Venue Technicians report directly to the Technical Director during the 2026 season.

Overview: Lakeville Area Arts Center and Expressions Community Theater are seeking individuals to fill the role of Stage Manager. The purpose of this positions is to support and organize the teams involved in a theatre production. This includes participation in auditions and rehearsals as well as attendance at all performances and strike.

Title: Operations Assistant
Pay: $20 / hr
Overview: The Operations Assistant works with the Director of Production and Operations (DPO) to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the theatre’s administrative offices and facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to financial processing and recordkeeping, preparing contracts and agreements for review by the DPO, managing office systems, and assisting with organizational coordination. This position will also assist with answering Box Office calls and processing ticket orders as needed and provide administrative support to theatre’s fundraising and development efforts.

Title: Ceramics Instructor - PT
Pay: $32.23 / hr
Overview: The Eagan Art House is opening a new art education facility in the summer of 2025. Be a part of our expanded space and opportunities!
This position is responsible for planning and implementing ceramics curriculum, including wheel throwing and hand building, for all skill levels for students ages 6 through adult. This position may also teach adult/child workshops. Hours may include days and evenings, not to exceed 29 hours per week. A typical week is 3 to 6 hours per week with opportunities for more hours depending on demand. Interviews will take place on select Friday afternoons beginning in April. The expected start date will be mid-August with instruction beginning mid-September.

Title: PR & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Pay: $26-28/hr
Overview: The PR & Social Media Coordinator is a vital role that will have a strong presence in the communication and marketing of the public cultural programs, events and general awareness of all that is offered at Landmark Center, as well as the building as a whole.
The position is part-time, 20 hours per week, with some anticipated evening and weekend hours. Minnesota Landmarks is an in-person, onsite office but there may be opportunities for remote work with this position.The PR & Social Media Coordinator will report directly to the Community Programs Director but will also work with the entire program team, Events Department and the Minnesota Landmarks Building Events Committee. This position will work closely with the Community Programs Manager and Community Programs & Marketing Associate. The position will be responsible for handling public relations and media outreach, providing input and expertise on strategic marketing initiatives, as well as collaborating with staff to manage Landmark Center’s social media accounts.

Overview: The Design Intern (Summer 2026) position is a hybrid, full-time opportunity focused on product and industrial design, where interns research market trends, identify design opportunities, and develop concepts from initial sketches to detailed CAD proposals. The role involves collaborating with teams to create presentations, refine prototypes, and support product development, while also offering hands-on experiences such as vendor visits and showroom tours. Ideal candidates are senior or recent graduates in design-related fields with strong skills in SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Adobe software, as well as strong visual communication and teamwork abilities.
