Job Title: Communications Design Intern

Organization Name: ANALYTICA

Wage/Salary: $2,500/mo

Opportunity Summary: Analytica is seeking a Communications Design Intern to support the development of visual content and brand assets across internal and external initiatives. This role will contribute to strengthening Analytica’s visual identity by creating engaging, high-quality design materials for marketing, communications, and business development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working on meaningful projects supporting federal clients in health, civilian, and national security missions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and refinement of Analytica’s visual identity and overall brand aesthetic

  • Design and update marketing collateral, including one-pagers, slide templates, fact sheets, infographics, and proposal graphics

  • Create social media graphics and short motion assets, such as simple animations, animated charts, and short clips

  • Assist with basic video and motion design, including light video editing, title cards, transitions, and simple motion graphics

  • Produce visual elements for internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and web-ready materials

  • Apply brand guidelines consistently while contributing fresh, creative design ideas

  • Collaborate with communications, business development, and project teams to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining brand and design assets, including templates, icons, and color palettes 

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field

  • A portfolio (academic or professional) demonstrating strong visual design skills, including examples of branding, layout, typography, and digital or social media graphics (motion or video samples strongly encouraged)

  • Strong design sensibility with attention to layout, typography, color, and visual consistency

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

  • Ability to translate written or conceptual direction into polished visual materials

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback in an iterative design process

Job Title: Brand Media Intern

Organization Name: Collective Measures

Wage/Salary: $20/hr

Opportunity Summary: Collective Measures is currently seeking a full time Brand Media Intern for a paid internship. This position will support the Brand Media team, aid in client tactics and learn the fundamentals of display advertising. Collective Measures is the agency brands call when they’re ready to move past the noise. We don’t wait for certainty; we create it. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research display programmatic partners and direct publishers, their evolving capabilities and related industry trends

  • Research audience demographics and geographic regions

  • Assist in campaign development, implementation and all media partner communication

  • Learn internal trade desk procedures and assist in campaign set up

  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing, update results on a daily basis

  • Manage vendor and in-house optimizations

  • Update results on a daily basis and monitor campaign performance.

  • Learn how different data and creative platforms and partners work within our internal desk, and how best to use them

  • Summarize and communicate the status of all campaigns with appropriate internal contacts.

  • Build internal and client-facing reports.

  • Assist in month-end billing reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel—formulas, pivot tables, creating efficiencies

  • Strong knowledge and background in metrics and results-driven optimization is vital

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Preferred experience in digital media, especially in managing display campaigns

  • Willingness to learn and use DoubleClick, The Trade Desk, comScore and Google Analytics—any current tool certifications are a plus

  •  A data-driven, independent, and analytical approach to problem solving

  • The ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment

  • Self-starting, positive work ethic, to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

Job Title: Content Creation and Social Media Marketing Intern

This is a Social Video Creator Intern position for someone who's serious about their craft and ready to level up professionally. You'll create social video content for client accounts while being mentored by senior creators, developing your strategic eye, and refining your production skills. This is NOT an influencer role or a "just post content" position. You'll work on client accounts where strategy, brand alignment, and performance matter. You'll learn to think like a strategist while executing like a professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Create short-form social video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) end-to-end, concept → scripting → filming → editing → iteration

  • Appear on-camera as the face of content: host, present, guide viewers through concepts, or deliver direct-to-camera storytelling for client brands

  • Produce long-form video content (5-20 min YouTube videos, executive series, educational content)

  • Mine long-form content for social moments - identify compelling clips and adapt them for platform-specific formats

  • Develop multi-format content series that work across both long-form and short-form

  • Execute with high production value: strong pacing, composition, sound design, storytelling across all formats

  • Follow creative briefs while bringing your own creative POV

  • Study performance data to understand what makes content work

  • Learn to balance creativity with business objectives

  • Participate in content planning and strategy discussions

  • Develop range across different brand voices and styles

  • Work closely with strategists who guide content direction

  • Learn from senior creators through weekly feedback sessions

  • Apply constructive feedback to continuously improve quality

Job Title: Media Intern

Organization Name: Marketbridge

Wage/Salary: $20/hr

Opportunity Summary: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Media Intern to join our Marketbridge Media team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in advertising, marketing, or media to gain hands-on experience supporting cross-channel media campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with the Media team on a range of key tasks within the B2B digital media landscape.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of media campaigns across multiple channels and clients  

  • Support media team in collecting and organizing campaign performance data and insights  

  • Gather and organize media assets and specifications  

  • Traffic media assets through third party ad server 

  • Help monitor campaign pacing and performance, flagging anomalies, and assisting with optimization suggestions.  

  • Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure campaign execution  

  • Conduct research on media trends, platforms, and potential vendor partners.  

  • Gain experience with highly used industry tools such as 6sense, Influ2, Looker Studio, CM360, and many more  

  • Provide general support to the media team as needed for daily tasks and special projects
