On Thursday June 11 at 8:00 a.m. the ITS team will be migrating our PaperCut server to a new platform. In order to complete this work they have to turn off the current server. This means that all *public* printing will be unavailable during this transition period. That includes the Service Bureau and Digital Print Lab - we will be unable to process orders during that time.
If you have printers or multifunction devices in your office or department area those should continue to function as normal during the migration period.
If all goes well this process should only take a couple of hours. We will send an update once we know if the migration was successful.
