We are excited to announce that we are launching a new solution for requesting rooms at MCAD. This software running this solution is called Ad Astra, but should show up in your email as MCAD Room Reservations.
A few notes:
- The new process will ask you for the date and time of your request first, and then show you available spaces at that time. If there is a conflict in a room that you specifically need please email room_reservations@mcad.edu
- Please use the "Name Your Request" field in step two, while it is an optional field it greatly helps us process your requests.
- The room search form can be searched by room features to find a room to best suit your needs. Use the “Available only” toggle to show you only the rooms that are available at your preferred time:
- You will begin to receive email notifications about your events. You can update your email preferences via the “notifications” link in any email you receive.
