Requests for Spring 2026 Incomplete Grades Due by Tuesday, May 12 at 5:00 p.m.

This is a reminder that any Spring Semester 2026 requests for incomplete grades must be submitted to Records no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12.  Requests for incomplete grades are always due by the final day of classes for the semester.

Please note that incomplete grades are only possible under certain circumstances.  See the Student Handbook for the full policy.

Students who are currently on academic probation may not receive incomplete grades.

Hello all,

With the summer coming up quick we’d like to take a moment to ensure all materials are disposed of correctly! Below are a few important reminders to keep our community safe and sustainable:

Electronic Waste

Old or frayed cords and broken electronics must be recycled properly. Please place them in the designated e-waste bin located at 142 Studio hallway.

Sharps and Blades

To protect staff from accidental injuries, sharps and blades must not be placed in regular trash.

Important End of the Semester Info - Spring 2026

3D Shop

The 3D Shop will close for the semester on Tuesday May 12 at 9:00 PM. and open again on June 1st for summer session.  Returning students for Fall 2025 may request access to the shop by making a proposal to use the facilities. The hours of the shop will be 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.  Forms for this will be available on the 3D shop’s page soon. This must be submitted to the 3D shop via email.   The shop will close for the summer on August 7th to prepare for fall.
