Job Title: Digital Production and Programming Intern

Opportunity Summary:The intern assists with the coordination and production of the MNHS Digital Production and Programming department; including audio and visual media production, writing and producing for the website, research and configuring third-party tools for content and program delivery, asset collection, storyboarding, copy editing and measurement. This position will offer opportunities to create digital content in a matrixed environment, leveraging experience and resources with modern storytelling tools.
Responsibilities:
Assist with Audio/Visual/Web production which may include research, script/question preparation, asset gathering and approval, assisting on photo/video/audio recordings
Assist with transcription and captioning of videos
Configure third-party tools (e.g. 3DVista [VR], AR, Games) for program delivery
Assist with measuring success/failure of digital programs
Participate with Education and Interpretation division in requirements-gathering for projects
Support collaborative programming initiatives with organizing and communicating about upcoming projects

Job Title: Antiques Roadshow Internship - Spring 2026

The role of the intern at ANTIQUES ROADSHOW is providing support to the production, post-production, digital, and brand marketing & audience development teams. The Spring session is post-production heavy, however we will do our best to assign interns tasks or to shadow people whose jobs are of interest. The series is typically in production from May through June and in pre- and post-production year-round. ANTIQUES ROADSHOW has many components, including pre-production, post-production, business management, digital, and brand marketing & audience development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Researching production locations
Logging footage for ANTIQUES ROADSHOW editors
Cleaning transcript files and screening them against episodes to ensure accuracy
Timing out shows and lower thirds for show delivery
Assisting with various marketing and social media tasks including cutting videos for ANTIQUES ROADSHOW’s social media accounts.
Captioning media files through YouTube
Uploading media to ANTIQUES ROADSHOW's website through internal systems
Assisting with light photo and video editing
Maintaining administrative files and unit database

Opportunity Summary: As an Experience Design Intern, you’ll help shape how millions of customers interact with our digital products. You’ll join a team that’s passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and impactful experiences across our customer, employee, and marketplace ecosystems. The Experience Design (XD) team works closely with product, research, and engineering partners to design digital experiences that meet customer needs and advance business goals across Best Buy’s customer, employee, and marketplace ecosystems. In this role, you will gain insights into how we approach many challenges associated with being one of the nation’s leading retailers. This internship also will give you the opportunity to develop industry-related skills in a professional environment, network with Best Buy employees and explore a wide variety of career paths.
This internship will be available from June to August 2026. This role is remote eligible, which means you will work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. This internship does not have the potential to lead to a full-time opportunity.
Preferred Qualifications:
A demonstrated interest in human-centered design and digital product experiences
Curiosity about how design, technology, and customer behavior intersect to create impactful experiences
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma
Awareness of UX design principles, design thinking, accessibility best practices, responsive design, and interaction design fundamentals
An understanding of iterative design processes or usability testing
A portfolio (academic or personal) demonstrating design thinking and creativity
